the vonoprazan, clarithromycin and amoxicillin combo were on the market before and discontinued (source=the fda orange book).
Be prepared for the headache at cvs and their antiquated ordering system that will try to order the old discontinued triple pack and notify your office the drug doesn’t exist and chasing the ordering/lead tech down to search again for Voquezna.
I’ve been through this rodeo of bringing a discontinued drug back to market. I am not being negative, I’m simply sharing the reality of how the pharmacies delay filling branded drugs.

Mostly PCP targets ( probably 80% +) It was not what I was expecting - I wasn't looking for a PCP role .... ugh .
