Phathom

I absolutely love it here. Doctors are excited to hear about this drug, my district mgr is a great guy….so far, I don’t have one complaint about Phathom. Absolutely you should take a position here if offered. It’s a small pharma company that is launching a new drug in a space where doctors are reacting positively….so far, so good

I accepted an offer about 2 weeks ago and couldn’t be more thrilled! Feeding off of the optimism and excitement - Keep it coming!

Nothing is perfect. Like others I expected my list to be more GI than PCP, but this ride has been great so far. My offices like it and they’re willing to write it. Only hesitancy is coverage which will get better over time and good reps can work through. I’m failing to see any legitimate complaints. Just a bunch of whining from trolls who I can only assume don’t actually work here or do and somehow forgot this is a launch…

“Stupid industry” “kookoo” lmao you probably sucked in this stupid industry you are a fucking dork and everyone dreaded seeing you

I was p club with multiple product launches and am still in sales. I don’t deal with small minded people that act like an elementary school child instead of a real professional with substance.

You’re probably over 40 and still act like this on a regular basis. I turned down device jobs too because I didn’t want to work with a former miss pageant queen as my sales trainer even though there was more money.

Pharma sales is not real sales, and everyone knows it. This industry is a joke that only hires fresh out of college kids to manipulate them into thinking they’re going to get huge bonuses that aren’t as promised or geriatric reps that have been buying food, playing golf and taking staff out.

If it wasn’t for nepotism none of you would be here, and my former speaker said he is not getting a headache over writing another branded product when he can just prescribe the generic.

Lmao you were obviously crying when you wrote this. You are way over this industry but here you are in tears on a random pharma message board. Everyone can see right through you…

Getting the doc to write is easy. Getting it in pats hands is a whole different story. I would have figured it was all worked out with managers and MC folks working on it for all these many month. Fix this fast or your reps will be leaving for greener pastures !!

About to accept an offer but the stock remaining stagnant is worrying. Any insight?

The stock won't see any real moment until at least 2 quarters after launch. If your joining for stock only, startups arent for you.

As for people talking about leaving for greener pastures, the company isn't even a month into launch. You all sound like terrible people.
