They need to rename this site gossip girl pharma….With so much competition in the industry how do people stay that are this petty. If AH was that bad the hiring managers will figure that out…

I’m not located in the near the snowshoe state district.

Please grow up to those of you that have nothing to say or do except be toxic and negative. I have no idea how people in this industry keep getting med sales jobs or leadership positions that are clearly so kooky.

Anyone waiting on an offer? I did a final interview a week ago, they've called several of my previous managers for references, and now things are silent. I'm thinking with Wave 1 starting tomorrow, plus lots of reps they need to interview for Wave 2 start date in Dec, hiring managers are likely stretched thin right now. Trying to be patient, but the silence is a killer.

Sorry you didn’t get the job!

no, i asked in my interview. manager said there would not be much pharmacy work, which…not sure if that was a trap/trick statement considering theres no major payor coverage and the rest have PA’s which will require office advocates to put DAW1, etc

Did your manager admit that you would be required to mastvrbate into a tissue in front of your coworkers?

First wave start date is Nov. 6th. Second wave Dec 11th. 322 total reps in the U.S. I'm interviewing for the 2nd wave start date, had a recruiter phone screen, then a virtual with hiring manager, in-person with hiring manager, and today virtual with a regional peer before a final next week. I've been impressed through the whole process.

Did you land the job? What was the offer if so. Good luck everyone starting tomorrow

Is this one of those interviews where we as the rep at the end have to ask “Would you offer me the role based on xyz values you are looking to hire that we discussed today” oh you would? ok who emails the offer letters? what day do you plan to send those out?

No, he was not the “yes man” type of manager that expected his team to act like a bunch of corporate monkeys. We had an insightful conversation and I am surprisingly impressed that he is a true leader, there are not many of those left in pharma/med sales.

I’ll admit I have been relegated into a corporate monkey. He wants to implement a good culture based on data from another company, that’s the type of leader I want to grow with.

There is only one person in the world that would say AH is a cancer, and that is her previous manager who was the largest cancer to ever be in pharma.

…and the only people who put others down instead of trying to help their colleagues/direct reports (if theres room for coaching) are those that are afraid of competition. I wish all the snakey dog eat dog reps would stay out of this industry and go sell elsewhere. There are so many good hearted people that are looked over for some narcissistic prick to advance into pharma.

One of My old managers always had our backs while pivoting us to appease upper management and cared about our growth. I want to see more people like him who go above and beyond over the morons who have nothing to offer except 30 years of experience, bad habits, and selfishness.
