Curious. What’re you expecting them to say in the midst of hiring?

Just better communication about timeline of interviews and next steps, either from mgr or recruiter. In the beginning there was and it's slowly decreasing.

First wave start date is Nov. 6th. Second wave Dec 11th. 322 total reps in the U.S. I'm interviewing for the 2nd wave start date, had a recruiter phone screen, then a virtual with hiring manager, in-person with hiring manager, and today virtual with a regional peer before a final next week. I've been impressed through the whole process.

I would agree, I was impressed throughout the hiring process and with all the managers and recruiter I interviewed with. I was hired and will be in the Dec 11th training class.

Oh I have a rural territory-its staggered hiring from what the recruiter told me. the 2 large cities in my state start nov 20th.

I was told I would be put through to an interview and then nothing for weeks now.

did you have a business plan-I was asked for that immediately. I’m not above making one I just thought it was common sense to use veeva/whatever data and document food if theres already pharma experience on my resume. managers and directors just tell me what to do anyway my whole pharma career.

Its definitely being shorted. Much more downside than upside with everything riding on mondays decision

I did one and had it for my first virtual interview. There's a lot of competition for these jobs, or at least there was in my territory.

Hope I am wrong, but, a purchased product, no pipeline, no advantage versus older meds, investor money, thinking this is trouble brewing. I do hope I am wrong
