Do you know if interviews are completed? A recruiter told me I was being put through to the next stage but now it has been weeks since yI’ve heard anything.

For the love of god before you quit your job in this environment please look at the current share price (down 50% in the past month, clearly someone knows something) and how many times we have failed to bring this to market…

I agree with don't quit until its approved but the stock price is not an indicator of non-approval. The stock price is getting hammered because interest rates have gone up dramatically in the last 45 days and PHAT is a pre-revenue company saddled with a lot of debt so future cash flow values are reduced considerably and cost of capital/debt has increased significantly....it really needs to start selling.

Do the Syneos recruiters ever respond to inquiries?

Do they prefer older reps here for the PCP openings? Is this just a club of everyone over 50?

I tried. But can't get other jobs that pay this much and don't have the relevant skills other industries are looking for. I wish age wasn't such a factor in hiring...so if they only want GI experience its just everyone that knew each other or worked against their competitor back in 2000....

They are looking for GI experience and relationships, sounds like you would have a good shot at a position.

40k target bonus, 30-70k bonus range they said.

if anyone can actually answer what company does the employer verification it helps us on our end confirm tedious details so it doesn’t hold up the screen. please no disparaging comments. some of us that went through mergers, title changes, etc have to call the employer and verify which title to put idk every little thing the past 7 years.

Management is HORRIBLE! Rebecca has never been a manager. And they just hired a manager in the NY AREA named khandice O'Kelly. STAY AWAY. she was involved in a lawsuit when she was a manager at Amarin for targeting people. WORST HUMAN YOU WILL ever meet.

She has her favorites for sure.. I would love more information on this. What state was this lawsuit filed?
