Its a hard cap at 140. I interviewed today, and that's spoken directly from the manager. And they're actually trying to go a little below that. If you want quality reps, experienced reps (pharma, GI, or both), then they are sadly mistaken. I passed due to not being in the 145-150 range. If they want cheap people then it's not for me. All the risk is on the individuals who take this role. No one is leaving another job for a risky, underpaid role. I hope the Phamily culture and hype is worth taking less should you choose.

ARS and Sage, both “highly confident “ they would win FDA approvals. Bioxcel got approval but suddenly cut sales force 16 months in (one trick pony). I passed for those reasons as well as the manager telling me people will be PIPed at first underperforming quarter. Not leaving my stable job for a lateral job with this much pressure and uncertainty. Not to mention the cash burn! Good luck to whoever gets a chance since I passed.
 








How are people actually jumping ship to join this company? Stock price is getting obliterated right before the big pdufa date…clearly something is fishy with their stability data...and they are running out of cash fast so even if they get approval they will sell out. Unless you dont have another job what are you thinking?
 




Pharma is always a risk! As an insider, company culture is great! Approval expected soon. Great data! More indications to come. Great drug for patients. So sorry you will miss out!
