Why even give them the pleasure of your attendance at the “National Marketing Has to Justify Their Job Sales Training Meeting”? Went to one too many myself and they get worse each year. Instead of staging a walk out, just don’t show up. When are you stupid shits going to wise up and leave? OCA is not going to change b/c reps are unhappy about comp. Shit, no place will. Do yourself and your families a favor, get out. It’s not worth it and there are better jobs / careers out there than working for Olympus.
 






This constant negative reporting and comments by current & former reps is taking a HEAVY toll on OCA’s ability to hire new reps, and the overall reputation of Olympus & OCA. Olympus can try to spin it a different way, but we all read the truth here on CP. Olympus has now completed its transformation from a solid B player to a solid C player in the market. If drastic measures aren’t taken (huge reorganization) then Olympus will slide even further to a D player in the market...

Well I still work here and I see the issues as plain as day. Why can't management? The slippery slope is hard to recover from. I am not looking forward to the NSM at all. I use to. Winning awards and going on stage was a little recognition for my years hard work. This year I will again be on the stage. I will be hanging my head on how a once great company could be dragged to this depth. My paper is on the street. I did not want to do that but it has come to this. I know all the top people that will be leaving in the next 30 days but I doubt management will even blink an eye. It saddens me to think my value and your value as sales people are thought so little of. I guess that's life in a big company. Goodbye my friends and Goodbye Olympus.
 






I can’t believe that this current management regime is allowed to exist without impunity. Truly disgusting state of affairs. Every last one of those bastards in upper management should be fucking fired on the spot!
