No I am just a rep in another division watching you all complain. And its old. And yes the Med Device industry doesn't pay what it once did. Look at every major company.

I'm currently looking for a B2B sales rep with 1-2 years of sales experience (aka 24 yr old who's excited about taking IG pics of him/herself in scrubs....along with his/her ab shots). Embarrassing for Sr. reps and what happens with those kids/reps once they get a little experience. At OCA or in the industry? Don't be surprised. #ChurnAndBurn #Ageism

Sounds like they're not looking for the cream of the crop professionals but scrapping the bottom of the barrel for kids to abuse. Run'n and Gun'n as they beat you while you struggle to learn all aspects of Med Device. #investment #ROI

The complaining and bitching will not stop, just because you are tired of hearing it my friend.
We are tired of shitty working conditions, and people need to be fired because of them. If enough people stand up, things will change.
 


















Marketshare is already in the shitter. Docs are not impressed with the relationship drain at OCA and are already going to other companies. Hence, Storz & PSS sudden increase in business.
Just give it time to really take hold.

Trust me, it’s not just GI and Urology!! They need to fire Randy Clark and Sean Moore too. Randy told us he was replacing Todd with a “stud”, he must have meant pud!! He’s worthless and his past few hires have been pathetic!! Gotta real tool named Vinnie to replace Rick Weinstein. Keep an eye on what happens to his region over the next few months now that Fadems gone!! First to worse is what I’m predicting! Morons!!

I have been blowing up recruiters for the past few weeks. Everyone of them is like, “WTF is going on over there?” They need to cleanout the management team at OCA. They are fuckin criminals.
 












Olympus has so many enemies across the country, that it was only a matter of time before they unified and started a movement to take them down. What did Olympus think was going to happen? That they would continue treating everyone like shit until the end of time, and they would just continue to take it? It's a new day, and it's OVER for Olympus. Reps are pouring out of OCA like beer flowing on a hot day. Market share is going down the drain as we speak. Everyone is talking with recruiters. That my friends is the end of Olympus's reign at the top, and it's also the end of seasoned veterans with relationships that will get things done for Olympus.

Mismanage for over 2 decades and buy inflated “companies” to offset your losses. Now with the DOJ monitoring every step to shut us down, $646M DOJ fines, plus 35 CRE death suites, without the ability to buy “Lotion” or “Tupperware” companies to hide management’s losses. Todd comes in to turn it around with near impossible challenges after trying to recover from the stock crashing 80% from the financial scandal of 2011. The worst scandal of Japan’s history which says a lot considering their history of corrupt corporate culture. Olympus is a battered ship and there’s no idea how much more beating it can take. Todd’s obviously made his business plan (with Japan’s approval) to push reps far beyond what’s possible while drastically cutting their income potential. Of course at every new year it’s a new pay plan with a new impossible sell and spin to hide the reality. It’s an enormously challenging and risky task for the company. When Todd (and OCA) fails he will move on with 3-5 years of “progress” on his resume and huge amounts of cash and stock. I’m sure he already has his pitch down for his next interviews. Sad state of affairs folks.
