It does not help because you are an idiot and no nothing. However, this deal is not going through. RP does not want to see. Accurate signed reference deal with insurance acceptance with Labcorp, nothing else. Nicky is rumored to be on the outs with RP. SM is the fair haired boy now!

I do. SM is doing a roll up with a little money upfront, but a back end guarantee. That is what RP went for. No announcement will be coming as RP still owns 90% and if hurdles are met is guaranteed a big payout in 1-2 years.

LCA may be the ultimate buyer. SM has a deal for a roll up with private money. Once roll up complete lab will be sold to highest bidder- most likely equity company.
