I can confirm the above, Accurate finally found a buyer willing to accept Rupen's terms and conditions. His prayers have come true after LC couldn't get pass the smell test.

Opinion based on talks with ADL reps/insiders- Sampled used by Rupen to pull LC back in. LC deal 3 stages- 1- refer all OON work to LC, 2- establish clients/LC relationship, 3- sell rest of work to LC afte2 complete. Done by Q4. Now is # 2 possible? Highly doubtful, but Rupen giving it a go!
