Nothing is a done deal until the papers are signed and the announcement is made. Labcorp is the problem, not Accurate. They are trying to get all the reps to sing non-competes, but most are refusing. Most reps are talking with other labs. The reps know their clients won't send samples to Labcorp. The deal will not go down!
