If it is still LCA why is little Nickie's office cleared out, he is out trying to get work outside ADL and according to my sources is not longer employed at ADL? SM would never go back to LCA and LCA would never take SM back! Your sources suck!

LC acquiring Medscreen (Tox) and Accurate, both NJ operations close to Raritan. Deals are done, just waiting for LC to decide when to make the announcement.

Unless both of you heard this from RP then you know nothing. Nicky is gone from Accurate & SM is running the show now. SM will never go back to LC and LC would not take him. Nicky tried to get RP to go to LC but the offer was too low. No LC deal. Med Screen deal does not make sense either.

NM is still employed but has no responsibilities, including showing up at the office. SM is not running the show and is just along for the ride. RP is calling all the shots and staying silent while waiting for the announcement date.

Exactly and thank you! The only remaining question is how did NM fall out of favor with RP? He was the golden child at one time! Was it one incident or just his continued brashness?

SM is running things meaning he has RP ear. RP is not selling to LCA. SM has the clout now and a buyer with upside!

RP got tired of losing reps for wrong results and slow TAT under NM's watch. Multiple reps left. RP still paying during NC. Is business sure? Nothing is what it seems!

2 Reps jumped ship and RP is still paying them during non-compete. RP told them to stay home and not tell anyone. ADL employees have no idea who left, because RP is keeping it on the DL. Needs appearance that reps are still intact. I can't wait until mid October. Seems a sale is always 2-4 weeks away yet nothing is ever announced. Your are Sgt. Schultz baby! YOU KNOW NOTHING!
