Peerless - worst distributor

No wonder you guys get your ass handed to you by SNE and Mitek in Charlotte. You distributor sounds like a complete fucktard. I used to think working for Arthrex would be great for my career but this just makes your company look like a complete Ponzi scheme.
 








Our constant complainers are self-absorbed and dying for attention. These slackers seldom allow reason, common sense, or the situations of others to change their minds, emotions or actions. Reasoning only prolongs their bitching. It gives them more attempts to try and suck others into their all-consuming life of hatred toward the man who cuts the commission checks.

Could not agree more. PB is miserable and therefore strives to make those around him as miserable as possible. Arthrex Rock Star? Come on, a anchor is a anchor. And if they have such rock star product, why is the largest city in Peerless's area missing their number? And why does the same area have no stability? Answer: PB
 




Happy Saturday you lazy fools. Enjoy the long weekend because Tuesday the hammer will fall. This weekend I'll be working on how I'm planning to convince you that a 30% quota increase is a good thing for you and your family, and just think about the money you'll make. Never mind the fact that Arthrex will ask for 13-14%, what do they really know? We are Peerless and we have our own math and secret spreadsheets (wink, wink, Frank). I'll also be working on reinventing Peerless with countless unnecessary changes that will be poorly thought-out and idiotic. Also, I'll also be working on how I'm going to explain how CLT is a wreck and how that's a good thing (haven't figured this part out yet) I'll explain that the impending turnover was my idea. I won't be admitting that the person I hired to be our savior is leaving after 7 weeks (not my fault...nothing ever is). I'll then talk crap about this guy, and you'll be expected to forget how much I bragged on him in the beginning. There will be no major kick-off weekend (see post from last years event...not good).
 




I dream of the day when PB is no longer the distributor in the Carolina's, and what it will be like with him gone. Then I ran across this quote and thought how appropriate.

"If your absence doesn't affect them, your presence never mattered"

You can't find a single person at Peerless who would shed a tear if he got fired today. He's had no effect on the success's and run's from the failures.
 




This is an appropriate time to declare your independence from the few reps sheep guilty of bitchery. Last year was a bad year for the entire industry. Move forward. The only barrier to future success with Peerless is your ability and effort. If you do not have the right stuff, do us a big favor. Man up and move on to something equal to your skills.

We can only hope and pray for the same from PB....please man up and move on to something equal to your skill set....I suggest something with the Democratic Party.
 




Its hilarious to see Phony Phil repeating over and over that this cafepharma thread is pointless and just a few upset reps. The reps all know the truth more importantly Jason Boulware knows the truth. He has lost the respect and trust of his entire sales force. Keep your head in the sand Phil. The search for your replacement has already started.

Again it goes to show he's completely out of touch with the sales reps. He had to offer money so they'd turn in each other, and he couldn't even bribe one person. The funniest part was him screaming "when I find out who sent this letter, I'll have their head on a spit in front of the office"
 












it only took 7 weeks for the new guy to figure out that PB keeps all the money and brings nothing to the table. What does it say when someone comes here from a successful distributor and quits this soon?? answer - PB

What bonus check?!? Of course, PB will say he couldn't handle it and that he was going to make alot of money because everyone at peerless is just killing it. Reality is that PB model sucks and only benefits PB and the new guy figured it out and quit.
