I'm not sure karma has it out for PG. If it did, the place would have folded long ago. The bad management and tone of the posts isn't new.

Anybody checked out the ads on this site?
 









Who is in charge? Is it Ardy or Klene? The sales directors have no idea on what is going on and are as lost as us. There is no corporate direction except for selling pink boxes. I am not visiting accounts until I know what is going on.

40 of us were sent a generic e mail after 9 weeks on the job, no reason no explanation.

You ought to know the blood and guilt is on YOUR hands for disturbing the livelihood of people that did nothing wrong.

The only thing we did wrong was listen to your line of BS, when you recruited us from our companies.

This BS company is not giving any tests away, where is the third party that is monitoring this free give away program. BRCA is a bust it is falling apart.

Everyone make sure your local Susan G. Komen chapters know not to go near this ship of fools.
 



Appears odd no email saying goodbye to Sarah and thank her for all of hard work. NO commission plan, goals or direction from the infamous leader in CA. Jim you sold your soul to the devil when you hired Ardy. He has ruined your company and now you are left with a pathetic management team that couldn't think there way out of a mouse maze if their lives dependent on it. Good luck to the employees left here. Glad I got cut and already got an offer letter for a new gig.

The problems at Pathway, started long before Ardy came on board. He has been there barely 7 months.
Ardy isn't the main problem although he is a symptom of it.
The problem lies within organizational and operations <---something neither Ms. Blah Blah Blah know about or Mr. Plante.

I hear it's worse in the home office. people hate working in that atmosphere.
 



I'm looking to join the company as it seems a terrific time to come in as a new rep and rebuild from scratch along with those still remaining on the team. Seems once they get some Sales leadership to shape a new course, it will be better. Has anyone been there long enough to know if this is possible?

PS----You won't have a job in 7-9 weeks, but take the leap! Sure........
 



It is very possible. I know there are a lot of pissed off people and I feel bad for some of my former colleagues that were let go, but my reality is different.

I love my job and I hope it works out.
 









Why would anyone that is doing well right now come on Cafepharma? What is the point? No rep in there right mind would come on here promoting Pathway Genomics. Trust me when I say, your better off with less reps.
