Pathway Genomics

It is very possible. I know there are a lot of pissed off people and I feel bad for some of my former colleagues that were let go, but my reality is different.

I love my job and I hope it works out.

The company must really be scarred now. It's no wonder that the existing sales force is staying home to look for a new job on Pathway's dollar.

The paranoia inside the company must be sky high.

I loved my job and the testing too, unfortunately it didn't work out. And no I was not a bottom feeder. Learned a lesson that there is no value in employees and loyalty is a dated term.

So where can I send those patients that can't afford a BRCA test and need to get the test done as part of the company's free testing program. I'll send the patients there today.

So who wants to provide that physician's name? Anyone? (Insert crickets sound here).

LMAO they won't stay, they will stay long enough to find another job.

How obvious can it be. It sounds like a KO plan (Ms. Blah, Blah, Blah).

The company doesn't like to negative publicity so can hatch a deceptive plan to hire some of the sales force back.

Anyone in the right mind knows that all they are doing is window dressing. You hire a couple of people back, tell them to shut up and just be thankful for their jobs, and we can tell the world what a great place to work it it.

Truly delusional.

Yep it's true. Sure is true. It's 100% true.
Obviously we can see why you were not chosen to come back.

Dumb enough to lay off the wrong people, then you hire them back? What does that say about the leadership?

And a person would consider going back? That's like going back to to your husband that beats you.

Now that LF is gone... who exactly are the managers left?

Pathway is so wonderful that managers are leaving as fast as they can...

"Pathway is so great! Everything is wonderful now!" ... you're only lying to yourself!

Watch out for Jim's idea of contract sales organization replacing the sales team. He has been using Ardy as a mouthpiece to spread the idea internally. We, in corporate, are confused by the change in direction. Pathway thinks they can be like Myriad and Ambry. How?

I have heard this rumor for weeks. Even after I have been let go, this keeps coming up. Maybe there is some truth to this possibility.

Personally, this would be signing 50% of the business good bye. This decision would be like a "DIVORCE"!!!!

I personally called every client that I had brought on board to PG. Those clients’s were mine, not PG. If it wasn't for my relationships, that business would have never been coming to PG. Surely the rest of my former co-workers took the time to call and instruct their business relationships to stop sending specimens to PG. Take all materials, and through them in the trash. If you did not, do yourself and your relationship a huge favor. Make those calls....
The diagnostics business is a strange group of people. In laboratory sales, your reputation is everything. Providers will not use your products, unless they trust you. If you burn them, these folks will hold a grudge forever.

If PG goes to contract sales, wouldn't you think that everyone would call his or her client's? Most if not all of PG, U.S. business would stop.

I could be crazy, but this would be an organization ending decision. At least to the U.S. business for PG. Maybe not the international business.

Only time will tell.

HA HA Ms. Blah Blah Blah, you are so unintelligent, KO- no wonder this company is going to hell in a hand basket.

Your protagonist remarks are only hurting the company. Each day the company stays open they are losing more and more money.
I can see why you have to hold onto your job there, because no other company would chose you to work there.
There is no 100% truth coming out of Pathetic Genomics mouth or that laughable marketing.
