Pathway Genomics

I have to go back to TJ as I realize that this disaster was caused by TJ. Certainly JP and KO are co-conspirators and equally to blame for hiring TJ, but JP and KO aren't smart enough to put this together.

TJ created the chain reaction that led to this disaster. A year ago Ed (search Pathway Genomics, Ed, Linkedin) had three sales reps (also a few other ex-pathway people linked to Ed that you probably never heard of).

For years and years prior to TJ coming on board, that was the full extent of the sales team, Ed and a few people.

TJ promised that he could build a revenue stream, create a great company, go public and everyone would get rich on their equity (at least TJ, PJ and KO).

Ed was out, the mercenary was in and when the Pied Piper failed to deliver, the chain reaction was already started and couldn't be stopped. So what does a good captain do, he jumps ship and blames JP and KO. I guess the military teaches you to take no prisoners.

All excellent points, and certainly something to think about. Of course, speaking for the few that are "here" still, and who are no longer here (sorry your lives are destroyed), this is only your opinion. Until someone from Corporate steps up and delivers the truth, and what the next steps of action are, no one is going to understand, believe, and find any peace with this entire nightmare.

Lastly, the billionaires an investors still involved in Pathway Genomics, need to reduce some of the money being spent to promote BRAC 1/2, and invest some money into the pockets of those whom treated so unprofessionally, an unethical!

We can all blame who we want to, and truly speculate. However, this entire deal needs to be addressed and resolve as soon as possible.

PG will NEVER reduce the money from BRAC 1/2 or BrcaTRUE and put it into the pockets of the people they dismissed. They don't give a fu**.

Secondly, PG will NEVER resolve the issue or address it. That is not the type of company they are, lack of transparency is well known at PG.

Lastly, that explanation was by far logical and the only truth spoken so far. TJ sold them a bill of goods and JP and KO are way too inexperienced with operations to know any differently they are reactive. They don't care about us do you understand this?

You would be better off looking for something else instead of waiting around for this to be "resolved".

Another week passes and the ship continues to take on water. Company moral is non existent. No one is excited about anything here. The numbers continue to suck as more and more reps fall further and further behind goal. More and more broken promises which really can only mean they are lies. How long will it last? 12 months? 18 months? There is no way Pathway is around in 5 years. Who really would want to work here? Well, I guess it's back to work Monday and continue to count the days until the next round of butchering.

the company culture was bad from day 1, never have I worked around a group of people afraid to say anything. stressful situation, very sad company with everyone looking over their shoulders and regionals that will throw you under the bus just to keep their job longer (as if letting someone goes proves they are doing anything)

almost glad that I don't have to wake up with that pit in my stomach and it never going away even when you come home at night. although, it's great having a salary coming instead of unemployment this is better than having to put up with the garbage at pathway.

shouldn't talk this way, but I really hope some big scandal happens and they are hauled off to federal prison for tax evasion or labor abuses. I realize they are a calif. based company and there is a law you can leave anytime or they can let you go without cause. it sucks but pathway will pay for their abuses to people. we are now hearing how they did the same thing to the other group from November.

old habits never die, and this company will fall apart.

Everything post on this thread is true. Only the Pathway Poster is the one trying to distort the truth by saying everything is much better now. It's not. You're only lying to yourself.

Relax, whoever the PG poster is they will be gone sooner or later, this shit show won't last forever.
They post ignoramous remarks, then have the gaul to correct grammar and distract the board away with nonsense and name calling. They are weak people with no character or class. Nothing on here has been distorted, it's all factual and true - PG on the other hand is a load of crap lies.
They are desperate trying to hold onto their salaries but it's over for them, all over.

I knew when I saw that sleazy video of the Pathway to the Cure performance of Keesha this company was a low class company. The sad part is they don't plan on giving any free tests out and wait till they get called out for false advertising.

Let's talk turn around times. So we were all told in training that the average case was turned around in 8.5 days... right? Why is it that none of my cases are being reported out for 3 to 5 weeks? Had anyone seen a turn around in less than 9 days? Hell... has anyone seen a case get turned around in 14 days?

The longer I stay here the more I realize everything, literally everything, was a huge lie.

Headline reads... "Pathway serves up shit sandwiches for new hires to eat! Yum!"

Let's make a list of lies. Who's wants to go next?

Shit (Lies) Sandwich of Pathetic Genomics

1) TAT was definitely a BIG lie, none of you should promise results less than 21 days.

2) Inconsistent and non-transparent communication from Regional /Company. Even lying about the amount of people laid off, and told it's best to "not discuss it" as it was a company decision.

3) The bonus/commission structure a joke, and now is changing. They never planned on paying per test, Pathetic Genomics is using a sales force to gain direct to physician adapters. Then they will hire a contract sales force to reinforce those adapters.

4) Asking for numbers of the company, you will be singled out and destroyed. Hear no evil, talk no evil and see no evil...otherwise you will be terminated in the next round.

5) discussing long term plans of the company CRICKETTS***********

Pathetic Genomics is full of lies.

3)

Has anybody heard of glassdoor? Seems like another good place to warn people about PG. Google it and PG. Any other places we can warn potential employees? As a type of public service announcement?

Nobody reads glass door. You sure know how to waste time. How are you going to find a job if you are spending all of your time on this shit?

1) Apparently you read it or at least know enough about it to know people don't read it.
2) It looks like somebody in management or their recruiter cared enough to write a probably fake review there. Or maybe it was real. I heard a lot/all the engineers left about a year ago. Maybe one of them wrote it.
3) I was checking out a couple of companies there. If I had known pathway was so bad before leaving my old job, I would have reconsidered.
4) I do know how to waste my time. I've had to figure out how to do a little of that in the last few weeks.
