I hope the choice of managers is well thought out. There is way too much female energy around these parts. There needs to be some balance. What is wrong with JG. Afraid of competent men?
 






Who's the Lab Corp manager covering Santa Monica? I got an OB account because the head RN thought she was a bitch. Walked in with an attitude and doc asked for her never to come back. We need to keep the our manager for this area if we want to grow this area. That's for sure.

Don't really understand this post but manager of what? Sales? Manager would have had a Sales Rep for the account with them.

We have been hearing that alot. I wonder how the Rep feels about that one?
 






if it's who I'm thinking about that chick is a freak. I know an office in Beverly Hills who can't stand her. We have managers who are respected at Path Inc and offices actually respect them. I really hope upper management interviews our Path Inc managers and decide who would be best for Lab Corp's future.

Do you Path Inc employees really think that Labcorp will fire a bunch of employees and hire you? Get real. That's not gonna happen. Sorry I'm just being truthful. You will have to apply for jobs as they come open on Labcorp.com just like everybody else.

I have news for you. They are no longer Path Inc employees . They are LabCorp employees. Who will stay is going to be determined by duplication of tasks. LabCorp does need help, hopefully with more respect, more skill, and more testosterone .

Exactly my point. Duplication of tasks. I didn't say we don't need help but I guarantee you it won't go down like you think it will. Path Inc employees are very naive to think it will. In the beginning it will be the status quo but things will change. Only the very best will survive on both sides. Labcorp didn't buy your company for its leadership.

I've worked here a very long time. I've seen it all. WestCliff Lab? Anyone, anyone?? Most of those managers didn't know how to play with the big boys, most were eventually fired. You have no idea what you are in for. I hope you can keep up.
 






^ don't get me wrong. I'm not against Path Inc managers coming on board and if they are better, then they deserve the position. I just think that it's not going to be as easy as you guys think. Working for a huge corporation is way different. You're not gonna ride in on a white horse and save the day. It is very different and I'm not so sure your gonna like it.
