Well, you couldn’t be more wrong. I’m far removed from Labcorp, but still an investor. There have been no substantial violations since the labscam era of the 1990s. No anti-kickback, stark or fraud and abuse. I’m not saying there haven’t been a law suit, but nothing substantial. There is too much at stack for their shareholders.

Yes, I include Quest because that’s the other head of the snake. I would say you have an unusual hatred for this company, but I’ve worked there so I understand, and share much of your opinion. I share none of your opinion regarding Pathinc, but we agree to disagree.

Did you forget the $49.5 M paid for Medicare fraud. There is a long list of settlements. It as simple as a Google to get a taste. This has nothing to do with how I feel about a corporation. LCH is an impersonal environment. Employees are treated like mindless drones and anyone with a rational suggestion for improvement is treated with contempt.

One thing you said did make said that did make sense was 'you are an investors, but you wouldn't work there (again) .'

Let's change gears... Have you ever worked for so called "managers" who were afraid to take the resonsibiliy for any error or mistake in judgement even when it was a direct order from that manager. Of course there is no paper trail because the edict was verbal. When the shyt blew up in our faces, guess who was blamed. This is what management is all about at LCH. Seems the only real talent they possess is uto play the blame game. WTFk.

Actually, truth didn't stop me from responding. I could have continued to argue point by point, but felt it was escalating between me and the other poster. See, that's what adults do. I chose to make peace.

You said you wanted to change gears, but you posted the same highschool-like complaint. So, you set up a scenario and summon everyone's response? Yeah. High level stuff. Why the hell don't you just quit and find something else? There is life after Labcorp.

No, you are a liar. Who gives a damn what you think. It is your "high level " management teams that play those games. In this case, I was an observer who never witnessed this sort of bs in high school. There was such a thing as "honor and integrity" there. It was celebrated when a bully was served justice. High school was never about scapegoating and passing the blame out of fear or personal gain. What kind of friends did you have?

Well tell me something I didn't know. There was life before and after LabCorp.TROLL.

Does anyone have details on this deal. I gather that the transition will complete in the first quarter of 2016. How will Path, Inc. merge with the path lab in Monrovia? Anybody know?
