Fair guy...yes. Arrogant SOB at times.....yes. Respected by many under him......No. Has the skill set and experience to lead this division as a vp......absolutely not. In over his head and does not know how to truly lead people or find real solutions to real problems.......absolutely no.

The above is 100 percent accurate and true. These things are supported by the perspectives of many and more importantly, which is factual, by the business results since he has been leading this division. Those results are hard to argue against.
 






All former slurry reps and rsds are pissed their day came to an end. Not surprising to see an out of touch management post describing todays reality. I'd be pissed too if new leaders rained on my gravy train.

Yeh. At least 15 have been shown the door since this new compliance fun bunch have taken the helm. A bunch of mgrs and reps. Definitely no more gravy train.
 






Okay, so what's up with Legoo? Saw a Field Safety Notice online. Looks like it's been pulled from the market in Europe. What about the U.S.? YTD sales? Just a stakeholder in the technology and wondering where the product is heading. Info is pretty hard to come by.

LeGoo was pulled in the US back in June. It is a crap product that is expensive with absolutely no clinical benefit to support it's use.

LeGoo was recalled voluntarily because no one was buying it.. It is a worldwide recall. If you invested then your money is gone.
Should have invested with Boston Scientific, Back Stop is still on the market for some reason.
If you didn't know Back Stop and LeGoo are the same products.
 






The new things I like to do, read this daily, makes me laugh. Expense lunch on Sanofi, bc not like anyone cares. Take the summer off, haven't seen an Operating Room since March, but still hitting my number.
 






All of the negative things you are all saying are wrong and unfair. Our management team has worked so hard to turn this thing around from the mess we were in. We have many programs and opportunities we never had before with the old crew who did basically nothing but the wrong thing. Give Rick, Joe, Dawn, and H credit for all they have done. I have seen the bad days and now great days. I love it here. If you can't take it, quit, but stop blaming our leaders for your problems.

Ok maybe you are not Dawn but you are certainly out of touch with real leadership. You are ignorant to the true definition of leadership as well as have not experienced a true leader leading you to a place of greatness.

Your post above has that written all over it by you focusing your points and defense of individuals on metrics, resources, and tangible things not ACTIONS, RESULTS. ACCOUNTABILITY or RESPONSIBILITY. You fit RIGHT in with the exact people you are trying to defend. Nicely done! It's people like you who have helped turned this environment that was once proud and motivating to purely toxic.

Sepra was built on real grease ball dirty selling. For some reason some of those that participated in grease ball selling are still here trying to cling to a past that is long gone. The choice is yours - stay and adapt or leave. Don't know why you are staying...hmmmmm. Right, you're a grease ball and no one will hire you.

Hey grasshopper, It will takeyears to clean up the mess that the previous sales culture was entrenched in. Is your head in the sand? Dont you realize what went on around here in the past? You complaining on this site doesn't help. Show some courage and speak directly to people rather than ranting on cp.
