Quitting will start after June 30 idiot. People want their money. At least 10 will go then, besides ones who are double dipping now, you know who u are GC.
 






In the process with Baxter now. I am one of two final candidates. Other candidate currently covers almost whole territory so not looking good for me. Looking for a Aug 1 start date. Hoping to get out of this now turned hell hole!!

I hate the pharma mentality here. Get with it people. We will never be 2 billion in 2 years. No one even knows who we are. Sanofi Biosurgery....what a joke. With leadership that have never even been in the device world or OR!
 






It simple, if your from Sanofi ur safe, if your from Genzyme ur in trouble unless kissing the right tushes. All old Genzyme reps watch ur backs bc JB and DG are out for you. Same with dms too, your not rsds get over title. Follow the GC lead and work 2 jobs at once. So dumb this isn't in managements hands when everyone knows. Ur one smart cookie GC, but stop telling people.
 






This is hilarious. About a year ago, after many successful years of OR sales and crushing all my interviews, I was skipped over for a sales job in favor of a pharma rep transitioning over from Sanofi. I couldn't believe it. after reading some of these posts, I couldn't be happier that things happened the way they did. What a bunch of incompetent pharma morons running this place. RR was a pompous a-hole during my interviews. Hope he gets what he deserves!
 






Old time Genzyme Bio here. I hear time are rough as of late. How many have quit this year? Sad to hear what has become of this once great and world class division in medicine/device.
 






So today was the last day of the quarter and guess what...........we still don't know what our comp plan is for this quarter! Completely unbelievable and RR send us an e-mail outlining his highlights and doesn't say what it is. Let me review this for a moment, we don't get ranking reports, we don't get comp reports, we don't know what our comp target is, there is still confusion around whether the few reps that sold LeGoo kits which actually get compensated for them now. But I must say, we are definitely a "best in class" medical device company that will achieve 2 billion in 2 years. They are all sooooooo excited we hit our June number, did they forget there are 3 months in a quarter and not just one and that the final scoreboard is showing we missed our number by a million dollars. This place is a joke run by incompetence. We should stop comparing this division to pharma because that is an insult to pharma companies.
 






Seprafilm is a glorified pharma job, pharma reps can do this job just as good. RR is an ok guy being over run by incompetent JB and the new Sanofi zoo crew losers. I love it when the quarter ends and the whole Sanofi system goes down, B.S.!!!! They are covering up the numbers. Buy or develop something
 


















Ok, 3 so far have quit this week. John M, Spencer S, Dave B. off to a great q3 start. Leaders are doing their job. Really miss real leadership of MM JB DC JO. You could learn something from them. You didn't like them but they got the business unlike you Rick. Way to chase them out. Kudos to you.
 






This is so sad to see and hear. It wasn't really that long ago the name Genzyme Biosurgery carried a tremendous amount of respect, excitement and pride internally and externally.

One has to wonder how an organization goes from so highly respected (and feared) in the world to this? Selfishly I am glad I am out of there and did well with my stock a few years ago. I was there for 10+ years in various positions (field and corporate). I feel badly for the rest of you who knew what it was like here before the acquisition.

It's Rick, instead of posting on cafe pharma, can you please put your call notes in IEI, hop on 9 meaningless conference calls tomorrow where we will feed you a load of lies and crap, do a business plan which no one will take the time to look at and make sure at meetings to kiss my ass. You get to go places when you do this.
