His new motto should be "I don't trust you" not Exceed Expectations. That's is exactly the feeling over here and thats why sales are down. Just when we feel were doing good we're not due to some little micro management detail.

the old reps hung around for years and grew business and relationships. New reps have turned over inside the first year. Many open territories. So sad.
 










































Does any one stay at this company? No wonder they are getting an ass kicking! Just make sure you continue to update you Siebel, follow your call schedule, and get those success reports in each week. One of these years it will all pay off for you.

What a joke. The swiss should run from this as soon as they can. Unfortunatly it may be too late!!!
 


















I had some call me to intervirew here... I have been in dental sales for over 4 years and dont know really to much about this company.. Any feed back? Whats the pay like? Company car? managers? Ploease let me know!
