Believe the post....look at the pecentage of new reps who have left after only one year or less vs the previous 5 or 6 years.
Don't be fooled but some of the home office posts. This is a miserable place to work. The top two reps in the country quit within their first year year. Leadership sux and products are outdated. The managers are horrible micro managing pharmaceutical drones. Don't come here it's a terrible company. Two more good reps getting ready to leave and others double dipping should tell you how bad it is here.
If you are stupid and gullible to believe this bitter former rep; then please dont come here. The last 2 reps that left were ranked 1 & 2 nationally, their resumes looked great, they made great $$$ and took jobs that pay 50%+ more with a smaller territory. The old OHD had reps rested on being the only player in town, they didnt work. When the new competition started to take market share the reps didnt know what to do and lost a ton of share, then were terminated. Some have moved on to other companies and leveraged their relationships, others like this one are bitter and probably still out of work. Im not home office, and can tell you if you do your job no one bothers you. What a concept...

Best post on here. Weirdest place I ever worked. DG is a psycho. Dennis and Genine spend all their time blaming OHDs failings on MaryJane. I know the two who are getting ready to leave and good luck to them and Kevin and James. Best thing you can do is get of OHD and get away from these losers who don't know how lead anything.
The world will continue to turn and O.H will survive. Your right James W is gone but it was more because of NK. But people leave companies all the time for different reasons, bosses, money, advances, whatever. They will replace them and move on. James was no different than other smack talkers like yourself previous poster putting down DG. James put down his boss and his boss before her. Do you see the pattern here my friend? The cycle continues.
When the new competition started to hit the market the fine folks in Shirley did not know how to react. They were afraid of Puros. If it wasnt for the knowledge and relationships the outside sales force had it would of been much worse. Things started going down hill when DG came on board and started getting rid of the reps that really built the company. Numbers back this claim up and the fact that these reps now are feasting off of these same accounts with the competitor proves my point as well.
Stick a fork in them. There done!!!
I hope they continue with the current management team in place. It makes my quota a lot easier to achieve with those idiots in place.
Listen to you. managers have to answer to someone. that someone is DG. If the managers are feeling untrusted how are they going to portray a positive environment to their reps? It's funny that no other managers that i have ever worked for were this untrusting. Nice job blaming it on James, you idiot! And yes osteohealth will replace anyone who leaves time over time, but at what cost? They are losing tons of money. You should keep drinking the koolaid and keep your uneducated dumbass comments to yourself!
Some enlightening posts. Dennis has mental problems. He will say anything to get rid of someone. With good leadership any company can handle new competition or threats. All Dennis did was blame the reps to get more time so he didn't show how much of a failure he is. Dennis is weak plus he is stupid. You have to wonder why his new pharma reps are leaving now. Could it be they figured out that he is a mental midget. OHD began a death sentence the day they hired him.
Wtf? this doesn't even make sesne. the best wquestion is which former rep is constatnly on here posting crap about others? sounds llike someone didn't like getting canned and replaced by DG's "pharma reps".

Or maybe you are one of DGs boot lickers. The fact is this is one strange place with some very strange people. Jordana is great but the rest are just strange. Customer service people are mean and the marketing lady Genine is just stuck up. There are a lot of us looking for the next job this place just makes me feel unsafe.
I agree this place makes you worry about your job the way people leave and get fired so quickly. The weirdness of the managers doesn't help and makes you think they don't know what they are doing. I heard of some people double dipping and not really surprised the way to treat us. Looking to get out as quick as I can like the rest.
Maybe you would be better suited finding something better to do with your time like looking for another job, instead of sitting on this board and lying over and over again. I am working for ohd now. While the pp may not like how these posters have shares their views I have to say the are not wrong. For the most part this place is weird and so are a lot of people in corporate and managers too. Sorry just my experience.
