Many of the ex-reps saw this coming and the ones who stayed kept saying things were good. Jordanna was the biggest cheerleader, I wonder if she is still cheerleading?

If he works for the distibutor, I believe the distributor would have the upper hand in this arrangement. The line could be pulled if the distirbutor's wishes are not met. Get rid of the fools that lost my busineess!!!!!!

The previous post about Dennis managing by fear is so true. He doesn't know what he's doing. I remembering us making sales binder after sales binder at meetings what a joke. It was like an arts and crafts class. Plus he had us cutting up sales materials and making our own sales books. Don't know if that is legal but it was stupid. What a waste of time. I heard that people are interviewing like crazy to get away from him because he is such a negative person. Used to be a great company. Shows you how one person can ruin it.

Oh, boohoo. You got paid to make those binders...and there is only one person that is gone that we paid to make those binders so move on already. Isn't that what you wanted? Looks like maybe your having regret. We are doing just fine without you. If people are interviewing, we will replace. Just like we replaced you.

The question is who is on the Dennis target list to be fired? When will they replace Gennine and Dennis? That would make some positive change. Remember to use your binder on every call.

Blah blah blahhh. Another great come back. You must be our marketing genuis or Dennis posting to try and protect himself. The following posts hurt because they are true. If Dennis didn't like you he found a reason to fire you. And he said terrible and awful things about MaryJane. Face it Dennis and his cronies ran a great company right into the ground. OHD is the joke of the industry anymore.
 






This is some crazy stuff if it's true. I once worked for a crazy company. If this is true this company is getting like it. We all went into the home office one time for a meeting and after a night out we followed one of our bosses and another boss in his car we all knew they were hooking up and we saw some stuff go down in that company car. It ended up on Cafepharma too. Felt bad if the family(s) at home ever saw it. I like Dennis, he seems like a nice guy. But then again I liked that boss too, even got me my next gig at OH. I guess we all got to put a smile on our face every now and again and suck it up even when we dislike or have no respect for some people. Never know when you may need that reference or job.

Whose the guy or what company did you come from? and very smooth tactics on your part. He must be a dumba$$ for not knowing he was being played by you for the job and for being stupid enough to let others see him messing around with other workers.

Dennis and Scott got rid of some no nothing party crowd that worked 2 days a week and replaced them with some really bright energetic people who are growing sales beyond expectations. I am proud to work for this company.....great training program, expectations communicated and everyone is available to help if I need it. Like any company there are decisons made that not everyone is happy with but I know that if I put effort in I will be treated with respect and rewarded properly. If the company lost some people that turned out to anonymously attack people personally then management made the right decision. We have great products and finally a group that works together not against one another!

LOL. Get over yourself. You are new to OHD, came from a shitty pharma company and got a nice pay raise. You are used to Dennis' pharma mentality and can deal with it because it's what you are used to. Now picture a team full of veteran dental reps that know the job, the business, the products and the competition and then some pharma manager comes in who knows nothing about the products or the industry and changes everything. When he does this, sales drop by almost 40% over a 2 year period. Tenured reps make $20-30k less than they used to make. We are forced to worry about how we enter calls, routing maps and watching where we buy gas. All this instead of focusing on what we are paid to do, sell.

You have no idea what OHD was like before Dennis so shut your mouth about how great a place it is. It might be nice for you, congrats, but it was ruined for all of us. We were the people that made OHD what it was. Enjoy fighting for the scraps as all of us pull market share from all sides with various competitors.

Is that why all these "know nothing" reps. (by the way it is "know" and not "no") are now at higher level positions with competitors taking OHD business everyday? Dennis did replace x-reps with bright people. They just can't spell of us proper grammer.
