you guys need to stop posting mean things about our fearless leader Jill. She has gone above and beyond to make sure she only favors a few of us. Those that challenge her or call her out for her BS deserve to be targeted by her unrelenting aggressive often abusive threats.
There is no place in this organization for those that think for themselves. Jill only wants little minions that bob their heads and tell her she is great- So stop the mean postings.

I started with WAG SP last spring during their expansion. It is way different than what I was told during the interview process. I think most that started around that time agree. These guys have no clue what they are doing. BI Tool, BTS account management, DSA, etc are a HUGE waste of time. Wanting results but holding people to call averages on targets and tracking use of the tools only make people give you what you ask for. It also appears they feel they made a big mistake with this expansion.......I know I did. Thoughts?

WAG never expands organically, they buy other companies and just expects everyone to get along. The moment you start earning a decent bonus, something always comes up, where the numbers don't match. Ask to see how they calculate your bonus and no one seems to have any idea.
My RM is worthless, because the moment you question the ethics she feels you are attacking her personally.

All about numbers here- quantity over quality. My manger is not so worried about making a certain number of "calls" a day and more into sales. Unfortunately the same is not true for some of my counterparts where they are held to a "number" and seem to have endless meetings. It is a wear them down policy on the otherside of the fence by their RSM
 




we do have a usually large amount of meetings. They seem pointless over-all and except for the branch GM and RSM no one seems to care. Those two cannot wait to go over numbers and see who they can steal referrals from.

That's her MO- pretend like she is important by assigning "busy work" - We will talk about it and then it goes by the way side along with all her other BS. Not sure who she is blackmailing to keep her job- my customer cannot stand her when she has ridden with me. I have some offices, who have flat out told me, "Do not ever bring her back" .
