Just another in a long line of bad decisions that this company has made to keep her. Her day is coming! OGGIs is sinking fast. I have made sure to post just how awful her restaurant is.
I am on her team now and have to say she is the biggest narcissists I have ever met. If you dare disagree with her she loves to intimidate you. Those that didn't put up with her BS have left and she thinks it is a good thing. She has her favorites (those that kiss up to her) but even those guys can't stand her. I thought for sure Option Care would dump her, but she must have something on TR to keep her. She is such a pain in the ass to work with.
Every week it is something new with her. Like a previous poster put "what do she really do" besides assign territory reviews that we have to come out of the field to do, and even then means nothing. Weekly calls, Monthly meetings. She is very good at being a time waster. I have zero respect for her as a leader and would never ever ever trust her
AMEN!! So happy to finally rid myself of her when they split the regions. I hated myself for having to pretend that she was actually an effective leader.
You are so right. It was a BS show in front of her. Having to pretend all her stupid decisions were the best, knotts berry Farm trip was the greatest. Soooo happy that she is no longer the person I report to.

I reported her to HR, who did launch an investigation. Got a call from Loss Prevention who took a statement, but once her boss (who was her buddy at Pfizer) got wind of it, everything was dropped. I followed up and was told that the investigation was done. Asked the outcomes, and was told to drop it. Her boss's covered for her bad behavior and danger to the company's reputation and general well beingI had fun at the Knotts- Got a great pic of Jill at the bar drinking a beer. Can't believe that the company was ok with her buying us round after round of drinks and then getting into our company cars for the drive home. She must have something on her bosses for that to be ok.

LP called me too. I reported her unprofessional behavior, and the fact that she constantly harasses certain people. Just like you, they told me it was resolved. I don't have to deal with her anymore and thank god everyday I decided to leave on my terms instead of hers.
I was a manger for another division whe .It was still Walgreens and had to deal with her from time to time . She is a narcissistic control freak. She had to try and control everything including my people. Had to finally get brass involved to get her to stop. She is the poster child on what is wrong w Wag and now Option Care .They contacted myself as well. Nothing happened and it was clear cut that she was going 100% against company policy. I concluded that she definitely has some blackmail materiel, otherwise any company worth its salt would have dumped that pig along time ago. I moved far far away and never have to see or hear from her again.

i Have met a few managers that feel the same way about her- over bearing and difficult to work with.
Only met her once and it was quite enough. She is ill tempered and talks behind peoples back without a care in the world. I have been with Walgreens for over 20 years and can assure you she was NOT a good hire.
She is the tip of the ice berg with this companies management team. Hostel acquisitions, poor decision making and missing payouts and of course the ever moving margin numbers that seem to always be just out of reach.
We can't seem to figure it out except assign "busy" work for all of us to do and conference calls that waste everyone's time. It's is an ego thing with people like her, she wants to feel like she is in charge so we all pretend that she is.
