Seen here beat up reps that don't have the right amount of calls on the stupid report- bad part is that they are doing well too. She cannot stand it when we don't kiss her butt and do well. Chick has a screw loose up in the gray matter.

I see nothing has changed with her. Still the insecure person when I left. My best move was leaving her little world and moving on to a different position. In all WAG has its issues, but Jill is among their worst. She cannot lead, never could. She tries to rule with fear and intimidation. Shame she could never just stop Mico managing
 




What's up with the Pittsburgh Central Fill location!!!! I had some oncology scripts go there from a community that could not fill and it's been a disaster. My customers are pissed! Now I see that all the rumors are true about that place.

I use to work under her as well. I left but was the subject of her intimidation and just plain rudeness. She would talk about me to other reps behind my back and act innocent when. She was confronted by HR on the issue. Speaking of HR, it is laughable when they claim to be discreet or that no retaliation would happen. Ha that's all that it was once I filed a complaint against Jill.

I think one poster put it perfectly- she is a Narcissist. She wants to be a leader, who cannot lead. Her wild mood swings from one side to the other is a sign of either a very sad person or just plain bipolar. I really don't think she can help the way she is and doesn't even know that she is so incapable of leading.

She has got to justify her position. I mean think about it....What really is her job? To collect data that everyone already has? To do busy work, that goes no where? She is a complete waste but somehow they keep her. ridiculous
