Furthermore, if we do not achieve $80 million of consolidated XHANCE net sales and royalties for the trailing twelve-month period ending December 31, 2021 and we are unable to obtain a waiver or modification to this financial covenant, we will be in breach of a financial covenant under the Note Purchase Agreement, which will constitute an event of default under the terms of the Note Purchase Agreement. If the holders of the Pharmakon Senior Secured Notes elect to accelerate the repayment of all unpaid principal and accrued interest under such holders’ Pharmakon Senior Secured Notes we may need to delay or curtail our operations. These factors raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. Additionally, we may fail to satisfy our financial covenants in the future, may never become profitable, or if we do, may not be able to sustain profitability on a recurring basis.

Most likely going to get negative humor but this is a real question. I work at Optinose (I know the devil to most on here) in the east area. Can people leave honest opinion of Kelly Bisson. Curious how she’ll be as VP of Sales.

If your opinion of her is not good you can say it but you don’t have to be an asshole no one is loved by all, just looking for honest feedback.

So she comes with little experience. She was an account rep at Vanda with some management experience. She kissed a ton of ass and moved up- all the upper management either left or was forced to and she slid in. In my opinion she doesn’t make the cut and got extremely lucky. She kissed Tom’s ass too and he brought her over.
 




Should fit right in. Most of the minions got their positions by ass kissing. Not an original thought between them. As the yes men shake their heads, you can hear plenty of marbles rolling around in their heads. No matter, they are circling the drain…..
