Wow- above $3 this week... just by a penny at least. That's growth right???!!
I'm not sure if I should stay or go- there seems to be some positive things here at OPTN. I have good salary- decent bonus, car, benefits- should I expect something different from another company? We are not looking at layoffs with the growth of 2Q. Why would I leave? Plus ill get a severance and find another job. Stop your whining bitches and see the upside of OPTN!!!
“Realignment” is HR talk for downsizing through attrition. Territories and Regions will be designed to “encourage” people to leave. As people leave, territories will be absorbed - eliminated. More travel, more work, still little payoff (bonus), and zero upside.
