They hate and despise all sales reps and managers. They trash you weekly

Pfizer is allegedly downsizing because they plan on focusing on digital engagement instead of their current model. Right or wrong, at least there is a thought process for improvement. Optinose has their collective heads up their asses. I would not anticipate they will acknowledge their own reality until they are all packing their desks into boxes.

So she comes with little experience. She was an account rep at Vanda with some management experience. She kissed a ton of ass and moved up- all the upper management either left or was forced to and she slid in. In my opinion she doesn’t make the cut and got extremely lucky. She kissed Tom’s ass too and he brought her over.
