How is it almost every other pharma company doesn't have the sig component that Forest has?? The sig requirement is killing Forest. Reps don't worry about where they can get or grow their business they are more concerned with getting enough signatures

Frx is motel 6 of pharma, always was and always will be! Great starter company for young people but as you read all the above posts it's a dumping ground for misfits and mental dwarfs! The chicks were even hotter a few yrs back too! Ps sunshine act will get postponed or cut for US budget - stop with the BS!

Lets face it, almost every office call is a fake call. If you really see the dr and can't gay a sig for at least 1 sample, you need help. DMs know this, after all, we were once reps.

Weirdo? I would agree with you except there are a few things I disagree with. If you had better points for me to agree totally, I would. In the mean time I agree that there is just too much I disagree with. I hope we can agree soon. If not, I will continue to disagree with most of what you think. anyone employed in California is allowed to get access to their employee personnel file as of January first. This is a big deal.

Just like to say I recently joined forest.

I left a great career great paying position for Forest. And I love it. I will say the management team needs some help. Not because they are bad. But some ideas from an outsider that has seen great management.

Management should be a developer of talent. A coach...not a dictator. Creating a performing team environment. I hope I get the oppurtunity to help lead my team and eventually have a team of my own.

I will say this though.......actually no I won't. Don't want anyone stealing my thunder. But you will hear from me in a year or two when I'm in a more recognized position.

I just threw up in my mouth reading your lame post! Go back to renting and washing cars at Enterprise. Your ideas suck and Forest mgmt doesn't want to hear them. Here's some advice...just keep bending over like rover sweetie and when you think you've had enough say, yes please, may I have another?
