Several of the rating parameters were: physician value ranking per sales call (remember in NBU we are selling an old product prior to My), sales $s per rep for launch products (remember managed care coverage took time), and work hours per day (remember many Shire reps used the business day for personal shopping and gym time).

There is not another sales force in any business unit at any company in the world that can say that they are producing those numbers in dollars... you are so unintelligent I almost think you are Perry

NBU was, is, and always will be Shire... all other business units are just mistakes of Fleming, Perry and their incompetent friends. We were very profitable with a strong stock price and they paid us good money in bonuses... Fleming took all those profits and bought you turds along with the toilet of a company you were sitting in. I hope another company with real leaders does by our business unit. Doubtful though because no one wants to get involved with the mess Fleming has made over here
 












It's being negotiated as we speak. Will see massive layoffs by May or June.

Please lay me off and give me my severance so I can go to a company that values its employees and is run by a CEO with more than half a brain. I would also request that my new CEO doesn't have a stuttering fool trying to manage the entire company

A convenient decoy for marketing to point fingers with. They just failed to mention that this survey is from 2009 and ranks overall sales vs staff and not field personnel. Typical.

They weren't referring to that data. They were just pulling information from their their brainless heads... out of all the companies out there if Shire Salesforce was ranked #19 today as it was in 2009 that would not be that bad of a place to be ranked given our CEO and his ranking which is dead last
 






in case you haven’t noticed, the severance package came when Fleming came on board also.
It is probably the WORST package in Pharma.
