The more I think about it the more I fucking hate this company. Two weeks from today and we have to fly off to a week long meeting. Can’t they let us get back to work for a few weeks before leaving again? I guess the losers who have no lives want to have a three day weekend in Vegas which is why they planned it when they did. And take these stupid awards dinners and shove them up your ass. Another excuse for the loser leaders to get dressed up and prance around in their short dresses that they have no business wearing. I can’t wait to see my all female ugly ass leadership team in their inappropriate clothing as they flirt their way through the entire meeting. Yuck. And please don’t tell me to look for another job if I don’t like it here. I already am doing that

Yep these NSMs are a horse and pony show for everyone minus the sales force. Complete waste of time for the reps but an annual showcase event for the rest of the company to justify their jobs.

Last year it wasn’t even an awards dinner. It was a general session sandwiched into those chairs with our arms touching, followed by yet another opportunity to stand in line at multiple buffet lines for tiny plates of food.
Even for our “awards dinner” they couldn’t seat us and bring food to the table. But yeah, repeat that word “culture” a few more times.
 












How many of the 4K will have to be off work after this meeting from illness? My guess is more than 50% will get sick going to this waste of a meeting in Jan with flu and covid cases on the rise! Stupid.

I am wearing my mask the entire meeting and will get vaxxed before I go. I think it should be mandatory to attend. Also bring plenty of hand sanitiser.
