1986? I start in 1980 and they’d been doing the same dance since 1972 we were told. Retired in 2008, took my money out to run myself, now have 5 million in the account and living large. Novartis sucked as Sandoz and only got worse as mergerged. Only good leader ever was Joe Sebra and he left early as well.

This is an obvious sarcastic troll. These meetings are beyond painful. The all week marathon then obligatory dinners that we all hate are exhausting. I have to tell myself I am paid well and can put up with this shit for 1 week of the year. I just can't imagine the ROI is worth it for these meetings. Just be smart and fake it, endure it, and move on the rest of year.
