Senior manager here. Yes, it is coming next month and you should all be looking for a job right now. The RD's and ASM's met two weeks ago to discuss your fate already. There will be dissolved territories and about 20% of Specialists will be let go.

Sr. Manager what a joke ! Complete BS there is no major layoffs coming in June......... There will be some tweeking and some realignment that takes place Oct 1st. But less than 5% of territories will be disolved.

I am an ASM and this is false! There was no meetings. There will be likely some realignment in fall but not much....Stop posting lies!

....much relying on attrition. It's working. The beatdowns will continue until headcount reachs expectations. In the last 18 months there has been a ~25% of the field leaving.

Mass market rep here. This is how it starts. Nvs started to "make small changes" in the fall of 09. Don't believe your manager. They will believe what the company tells them, right up tell the time they are let go or become a rep.

Save your money in the coming year, you will probably make it. But understand many of your teammates will not. If your in the bottom 15 percent leave now.

Everyone thinks they will be safe. It aways the next state over or someone on another product. No one is safe, nothing will save u...award etc
