Sorry no spotlight or other agenda, just asking questions about a potential opportunity with Rotech, again sorry you think I am undercover..WOW it amazes me the person that said this..
What about genuine it is what it is.. have you lost complete trust and anyone that asks questions on this thread you seem they have a different agenda, umm ok..
well again if anyone else would like to respond I would greatly appreciate your feedback
Not sure of the big deal here:
Gas milage + 400 mth.-No additional
Renee - Regional Manager.can be very tuff and demanding, but if you do your job the best you can she will be there for you.
Apria - Worst rep in the business for terrible service with just a few exceptions nation wide.
Lincare - Fastly catching up with Apria and probably do the most illegal acts in the industry.
35 points - Not very likely.----Top 30 out of 400 get these points and you will not do it without a very good staff and manager to support you.
Some locations are great, good, fair, bad....depends on staff/manager
Butch - Nickname given to a manager in Pennsylvania by ex-employees on this board. Is evidently gay and has fired several people.
Base salary- about 35,000.
Indiana has a very good regional manager-so-so area manager---some good managers
Rotech - inconsistant with discipline---definite staff shortage problems but far better than Lincare and somewhat better than Apria. Has ups and downs like any company. Worth a shot for a new sales rep,,,definitely..but don't expect success unless you are really willing to put in the time and effort.
This board -9o% ex/disgruntle employees. 4% current disgrunted employees. 1% occasional accurate info, but rarely anything currrent or accurate.
Ask for past point histories. --minimum point requirements are easy to obtain..making good commissions vary store to store.----strenghts of market and problems to overcome. do your homework, othe than this board.
and, you really don't sound like a sales person, but who cares, what does it matter.
Last, watch all the attack dogs on some of the info given here, but it's current and accurate.
