I am all well and good. Loser reps and managers just can't perform even though we give them more resources and support than can possibly need. Just me working with them would normally result in superstars, that's how bad these reps and managers are. I argued that we should have put more than 80 reps on a PIP.

The good reps will have another powerful week. Also, please don't forget to send me a spreadsheet with the useless information that I like to see.

As someone who left (on their own who was doing quite well). FUCK THIS PLACE. Total clown show. Watching the downfall from afar has been extremely fun and reassuring that I made the right choice. Imagine having the balls to put #Phamily on Linkedin trying to attract people buying into a small pharma, culture driven company as you’re pipping people out within a year…. MADNESS! It seems RBMs are posting new openings every week nowadays….telling sign.

Managers have been here for 3+ years. Shows your arrogance and lack of knowledge. As an investor very worried if all reps are this stupid.
As an investor, concerned enough to post, you should be looking at how to stop upper management from running this place into the ground. They mismanaged the budget and we have little money for lunches in Q3 & Q4!!

You should be writing down every issue these reps bring up and get someone to listen & start problem solving

We’ve talked with management about these concerns. I’ve been advocating for cutting half the sales force and supplementing with tele sales and a few inside sales reps. Couple that with adding some SAMs and I think we could really make a difference and cut the PHAT.

Hoping we see a nice Q3. We’ve done some CI and unfortunately the reps we have talked to are not the brightest. Time will tell. Please work hard and get this place sold.

It's not the reps fault. This shit show falls on the leadership team.
