AGREE! RUN FAR!!! Don’t even waste time on an interview! RUN like hell and don’t look back. Read what people are saying and take the advice. No one can overcome this place. It’s leadership by fear and intimidation sold on unlimited time off. It’s a joke! You can’t take vacation as you please. It’s has to be approved. And you can’t just run with the pack because this company is going bankrupt! If you aren’t a top producer, enter the PIP. Then you’re screwed. There is no work life balance
& you will max out your medical insurance because Phathom will make you so phucked from a mental perspective that you’ll be seeing a physician. I’ve seen this happen FIRST HAND to my teammates. And these people are excellent sales reps, giving 110 % and quality human beings. Ever seen Squid Games? That is Phathom. They’ll send you a welcome basket then phuck you over. This isn’t sour grapes, we are speaking up because it’s exactly what we would want to know! So run like fucking Gone With The Wind. This is the most disgusting, inhumane company ever. People at the top don’t give a rats ass. You are a number, a deli ticket. When you’re done they’ll crumple your number and pull the next number. You’ll be invisible and no one will give a shit. All the people you thought were decent people won’t even bother reaching out. If someone does reach out, they’re one of the few decent human beings in this shit show they call a phamily. Even if you’re a top producer it’s irrelevant because this company is going bankrupt.
