Bingo! 2/3 of scripts aren’t filled and this is a huge reason why. It’s an easy fix but they won’t let reps see real-time data, then people are getting fired for numbers. unbelievable

Exactly! This! Especially given that we are paid by total scripts written on a declining/ranking scale. Certain areas of the country are not getting credit for many of their scripts. They are paying us and ranking us on unfair, skewed data.
