I still have not heard anything from my background check. I have emailed and guess this process is over. I'm not quite sure why even a reply was not sent yet. Even to let someone knowthat another candidate has filled the position. Is anybody out there at all waiting for a reply that did not get an offer letter back?
 






I sent my background check immediately and have yet to hear anything. I assume all positions have been filled. It would have been not to at least receive an email stating someone else was chosen.

Oh well....

Do you that is the case? I mean I'm assuming that too but some people still have not received training instructions.

Thank you for your reply. Sorry to bother you...but how did you hear that? I thought the training starts on Monday. How did all the other candidaits receive an offer and the background check was complete? I can't understand a delay if they got sent the same time.
 






























I am curious if OnCall utilizes DM's that conduct ride-alongs, hold conference calls, etc., in addition to requiring those 8/9 sigs, 2.5 days weekly/sampling & storage units, etc. (I received Flex-time position offer and have not worked with this company before.)

Good questions, and I would also ask what size territories we might be looking at, considering this is for Premarin. Especially for the territories that are in mid-market locations.

I guess....maybe already did. I did get one email orginally that stated he was working on it. I sent a follow-up because I thought the training starts on Monday. Did not think it was a bad idea to stay informed. It only shows a strong interest. Do you honestly think their still considering people and territorries are not all filled? Other people got responses right away.
 






We have to be agressive but I think the majority of positions are now filled.Yeah this does suck and we were treated poorly but stay strong and move foward..that's about all you can do. You get a letter saying they are interested in you and will be back in 3 to 5 days, then nothing..
 






Exactly..then to tell me their working on it. At least say thank you for your interest. I mean we did supply a background check. I guess if you recceived that email on Monday that there still might be a chance.

Ride-alongs will be once a month, every 3 to 4 weeks for like a 1/2 a day. Conference calls in the beginning during training, but after that mostly talk to your DM by email or cell phone.

I guess you have had no feedback yet. I know I have not. I was hoping there was a delay. I think they have everyone in place.

If you haven't already done so, call Vince and find out your status. Rather than assume that everyone is in place, it cannot hurt to try one last time. At least you will know where things are for sure, so that you are still in the running or you can move on to something else. I hope you are still in the running. Good luck. Let us know.

Take the above advice... I have not had any trouble receiving responses to my inquiries...
