New Hire Oncology Reps

Hey Everyone -

does anyone know if Onc Reps promote patient support and copay services to the provider offices? or is that just highlighted and then a field reimbursement specialist comes in? Do reps ever have a pull-through piece that they show to providers that announce coverage on a particular plan?

I interviewed with mgr a few weeks prior to covid and recruiter said two other people were already moving ahead.

Don’t worry, there will be plenty of openings soon when these idiots end up delivering Covid 19 along with lunch. Why, why, why can’t these idiots stay home like you usually do? Using this as a way to get out of your house and get some free food by throwing lunch at an office. It’s stupid and dangerous

It’s dumb but I’ve slways wanted to work at BMS. I guess it’s because they used to have a strong rep in oncology.

I have 10 years of oncology experience and after being warned off for years, I’m strongly considering applying.

I know someone at Merck that started at $150k. Biotechs at $170k. Can BMS compete for someone in the biotech zone with experience or is it hopeless?
