I passed twice on a job here. Waste of time working in useless PODs. Found a place with more money and access to providers. This company is a joke. Only a matter of time for layoffs.

Community I-O reps have to be the biggest waste of oxygen that ever hit an office.

Two-faced managers who say one thing to your face and then backstab you in calibration. People in overcrowded pods competing with each other so they can shine at one another’s expense all to try to become executive, which barely gives you a 4% raise if you’re lucky, HR investigations at the drop of a hat, rampant turnover, hopeless IO combo that is so toxic. Oh ya Marty too, thanks but no thanks. Never doing that again.

Don’t be stupid people. They didn’t need you when they hired you and they certainly have no use for you now. You better get your head out of the sand and get a plan together. One that includes insurance
