GSK rep here. We have not heard anything official (just reps talking) but would not be surprised to see Tanzeum on the auction block with other CVMU products/pipeline. GSK has done a poor job of selling products under patient first so just sell them off like oncology.

Thanks for at least coming on here and telling us that you guys don't know anything (sincerely). At least we know we aren't the only ones in the dark. Hopefully we will get more info soon.

Well that was a short contract...for those new to contract world get used to this..Contracts can END at ANYTIME....NO SEVERANCE for early contract end... pls don't act surprised. pissed a bit, ok, surprised no.

While it's true that a contract can end at anytime, it is not true that there is never any severance. I had two contracts end early. In one case we stopped working immediately but were paid (and continued benefits) for nearly 60 days beyond that date. In the other case, we were given almost two months notice that the contract would be ending and we worked (albeit not very hard!) and were paid for that time. Not technically severance, but at least we had notice and were also free to apply to other contracts with the company.

I was told "sometime early next week" so that could be today or tomorrow or even Wednesday but who knows, this waiting is torture.

I was told the same. It's crappy that we can't even call our DMs and ask for information as they're also in the dark as well.

DM asked if I was still interested in job offer. Said yes and that was it. Couldn't elaborate on situation. Start date June 1.
