Nevro has played the long game from the beginning. Focusing on patient outcomes and innovation will win in the eyes of patients, payors and most doctors. Market leadership will come. Challenging docs who want to trial patients that are terrible candidates is a good thing for everyone. If other organizations actually had any balls they would do it to. Instead they dropped trousers, went to the lowest price, gave away RF equipment and are still going to lose. Can't blame them for trying.

If you want to get paid for a year or so St Jude is happy to buy you out. They aren't even buying business. They are buying turnover, hoping to disrupt Nevro. Nevro will endure and Wall Street agrees. When the dust settles the best outcomes still win.

Tough talk from someone that must be losing big time. When the FDA gives your company “superiority” license, then you’ll have a chance to boast. But until then, go back to the head of the table and ask your patient where they feel the tingling, like a good Clinical Specialist.

What's up with the VP slot? Surely there are a couple of self-serving, boot-licking candidates to consider? Heidrich comes to mind as someone with flexible ethics and sufficient experience tossing executive salad...could be the perfect fit!

Grava Machine is best candidate from the inside for this slot. Best qualified and most experienced. May be a bit too good though without enough blemishes on his pristine record of ethics and performance.

Nice guy but lacks balls and an edge! DH is the right fit. Besides holding your feet to the fire, he paid his dues w MDT, Vertos and Nevro-Aus.
