Yup this place is a Cancer and no dancing around bad leadership as the cause. Big Pharma micro management all over the place. Not to mention, Quota system is a bloody mess. You have reps winning trips with single degit quotas which is beyond ridiculous.
 






All about the trackers here. You name it and they track it. Now they track how often the iPad viz aid is being used. Number of speaker programs tracked , number of lunches tracked, all kinds of call metrics tracked..... Hell they track everything.

Why don't they start tracking what a terrible ASD Shelly is? Cold and uncaring track, no follow up track , her way or highway track, interrupts and never listens track, no empathy track, uninspiring track. The trackers could go on and on.

Preach it. All true and then some. She is on the UCB protection plan which keeps her safe despite her many deficiencies.
 












Oh she has had more than enough chances over the past 2.5 years. A person either has it or they don't. Her protectors are actually not doing her any favors by allowing her to continue to stumble and mislead her for 2.5 years. Most others would have been removed within the first 12 months.
 






Been gone from here but how is Ms Tracker doing? Has she put ankle trackers on the reps yet? She tries to hard to be relavant but her micro managed big Pharma tactics get her nowhere.
 












Problem is SD has a performance history of finishing last. She also has a history of changing strategies like the weather. One week it's everybody do this. After that fails she panics and it's everybody do this the next week. She has too many failed strategies to even count. Lol

That's soooooo true of her. She is so self absorbed and disconnected from reality. What she thinks is so far from reality.
 






Daul just like a career politician. Lots of talk without a successful track record to back it up. Only worried about her own personal interests. Only sees things her way and people don't trust her.

America decided to make a change in leadership after 8 years of an awful leader running this country into the ground. If only Sumovion reps could make a chang of their own after Shelly has run this division into the ground with awful leadership.
