Neurology Leadership

Turnover here is at an alarming rate and it's not just field sales leaving. Incompent and inexperienced leadership is running this place into the ground. The directors are only capable of using a dated playbook of old school micro mgmt tactics from big Pharma.
Not out west! The Rockstars are the best and we are led by the best leader in the nation. Go Courtney!!

Their approach is see no evil and hear no evil and to protect their internal code at all costs. There is no accountability.
No accountability whatsoever . The neurology division is the most poorly run leadership team and division I have ever worked under. We all love brad but running a sales division is not his area of expertise or strength. He needs to stay in his pharm D expertise and use his positivity as a leader in other areas. Head of sales is too big of a role for him. How he does not see that he needs to let Shelly and Chris go is beyond our comprehension. How can the entire field know this and yet Gish does not comprehend.

You obviously have never heard the Gish sing and play guitar. No Pharma company can come close to matching this type of talent. Hope that helps!

Where is this turnover that you speak of? The people that have left are the last of the initial hires that were hired by the awful initial managers that also have left. I haven't seen one regrettable loss to date.

I think Gish realizes CF was a mistake but really can't justify termination since the east is doing well numbers wise.

50% turnover in RBDs. About 30% turnover in sales force. Amazing that directors have gotten a free pass especially one that has never delivered results and leads by outdated metric tactics.

It's a top down culture of no self accountability. see no evil and hear no evil. The house is on fire and the big dogs keep turning heir heads and saying we don't see any fire.

That's because the drone upper management starts the fires. Good people will continue to leave here with Incompent leadership in charge.

Shelly Daul is the worst example of "leadership" that I have ever seen. She hires RBM's that she can boss around and who will carry out her micromanaging tactics that border on non-compliance. If Brad Gerow doesn't wake up and realize management is one of the main reasons that reps are jumping off this sinking ship, then shame on him.
