Neurology Leadership

The DM.talent pool is very lean here. This reflects the weakness of senior management here. Such poor and clueless leaders who seem content on reaching to low levels to bring in such unqualified DMs. It's down right laughable!

It's no secret to anyone who has either sold Aptiom or been a competitor that this company has a 3 year history of being poorly run with incompetent and inexperienced leadership. Facts are the facts and actions support this claim.

Leave your brain at the door. They have taken the thinking out of this job and replaced it with programmable big pharma robo reps. It's become a mindless check the box job here now.

Damn this place is now so big pharma. Business plans, trackers, frequency metrics.... Mindless drone mgmt that lacks innovation.
i predicted this would happen last year when they promoted that jerk, big pharma clown, Jon Coktoasten and moved him to Marlborough! Look how fast things changed and with he and Steph dating, we all better get used to this. Help!!!!!

Mgmt has always been over their heads and refuse to own up to it. Hint.... Lol... Craptiom is never going to be this blockbuster drug and will always be a 4th line drug in the eyes of neuros. This drug was poorly launched and handicapped from the start. Only blame for this is leadership. Man up ya drones!

Ouch! Kicking them right in the teeth. Lol

I totally agree. From the constant changing in failed sales strategies, to the bipolar goaling system, to the primary care rep check the box mentality, the only consistancy here has been the consistent mindless leadership.

My boss is sooooooo clueless, insecure and reads everything straight from the How to Be a Big Pharma DM for Dummies manual for everything. Unbelievable that this company now hires managers who are so under qualified and who do not even understand the neuroscience specialty playing space.

Ditto, back at ya. As a manager I am displeased with the reps. When I first assembled my team it was slim pickens. Resumes galore from laid off reps, job hoppers and those who worked at wannabe pharma co' s. I had to select the best of the worst. I have a useless team, then again, this is a bottom of the barrell pharma co. Don't blame your poor sales on a manager, a salesperson can sell without a manager. Tell me the drug is crap or managed care sucks, don't blame me.
