Neuro

Someone is feeling more than a little threatened. Poor Amgen wannabees. Gotta visit this board since you aren't having too much luck yourselves. It's all good. Have a few months on your own to lay down a great foundation for us. lol

Much luck? like 10 times what we expected in sales....lots of luck dear.

Lilly can’t SELL. Reach and Frequency Call Plan model.

Amgen and Novartis suck like a vacuum cleaner. Check the actual MOA of their drug.

Alder who?

Allergen will RULE.
Check how their med is delivered.
Start looking for another job now.
Bye bye

Lilly had a strong presence 20 years ago in psych and a small bit in neuro. They have no presence now and haven't in years. They will need to hire reps with a lot of neuro experience if they think they will make an impact. Neuros are one of the least accessible specialities except for perhaps cardiology. This will fail with no access of if they have no relationships.

Oncology is the toughest access in our business hands down. Impact is made with great salesmanship and a good product with great access to it. Confidence is a key and you sound like you don't have much of that going on wherever you work.

this is true.

Neuros are odd and hard to see. Relationships are hard even when you've known them. This will be a difficult sell being #2 to market-or #3.

Good question?
Because calling on primary care
completely sucks, and they can
pay low bases if there calling
this a primary care sales force
and not specialty

THEY ARE Primary Care jobs. UGGGHh. What's the base? For the most part, all neuro reps hired as they are already promoting some product. These postings are for primary care. Not interested

Not yet, but they will soon be.....make it easy to write, give it a fair price, take the time and get it covered on formulary.....let Amgen work out the bugs for us.....recipe for a big roll out in Primary Care where the migraine issues first show up. Sounds logical to me. Two sales forces at Lilly selling as a team vs. Amgen and Novartis fighting over who is the better company (good luck with that). Amgen/Novartis you might be first to market.....but first to market usually means finishing 2nd or 3rd as a commercial success in the years to come. Time to move over and let us show you how to roll out and successfully launch a migraine med. You only get one chance to make a first impression! Time will tell but I'm putting my money on Lilly!
