There is nothing to blame, because nothing like that ever happened to my knowledge. And I didn't write the post about the Virginia meetings. But if an accident had happened, YES they would have been to blame, as well as the driver. Maybe you weren't here then, or maybe you are one of them, but they heavily encouraged the drinking, knowing reps had to get in the rental car and drive to the locations where they were spending the night. They would have been liable from a legal standpoint for having served so much alcohol from an open bar and sending you off in the car they rented for you to drive. Just as a sidebar, are we all really adults?

That was when company vehicles went away. It really didn't matter though considering they deducted an amount of 500 for the car and 150 for insurance from each pay check. What reputable company does that? I rest my case
