Nephron Overtime Lawsuit

information for any filed lawsuit can be obtained through public records, unless the info is sealed by a judge, which is sometimes done and these folks might know a little about
This company is a total mess. Through luck and its shear profitability alone is it still kicking. They can clearly make huge mistakes that cost hundreds of thousands and still stay in business. That in itself is a testament to the business that Bill and his friends (all of which have nothing to do with Nephron anymore) have built from the ground up. Truly amazing that it has not caved in on itself yet. I mean lets face it, Lou is undoubtedly the biggest moron I have ever met in my life. I mean she is an idiot of epic proportions that has absolutely no business management sense whatsoever. So I say hats off to you Nephron! If you can survive 2 more years you will survive forever. And as long as the 5 decent people you have left work their ass off you should be fine. And for you lucky 5, sorry - your job blows and it probably will never get any easier.
does the sales force still exist? or has Lou fired everyone yet?

Those chargebacks you are getting from Walgreen's and CVS must keep you VERY happy. Oh wait-the national account manager lost the Walgreen's account over a year ago and had never been able to close CVS. The happiness you must speak of probably comes from the hard work of the person or people that had your territory previously and did all the hard work to close the Acute Care accounts. Money you make which is not from any hard work of your own. And I do work for Nephron-I am happy to take their money and work maybe 20 hours a week if that. My Friday every week is spent shopping and lunch with friends-Thanks Lou!!!!
It is not likely that you are an employee..If you are, you should be ashamed of yourself! This is an amazing company and I can't understand why anyone would not want to work hard and increase their uncapped income!
It seems as though there a select few X employees that want to make current employees look bad. Why? Can't you just go on with your lives and try to be happy? If you are taking every Friday off and just working 20 hours a week, your numbers will show. I just can't imaging a current co-worker taking a route as such.
I love Nephron, Lou, Bill, Denise, Mike and all the rest of the corporate crew and I am pretty sure the rest of the current employees feel the same.

Nephron is a great company and there are many opportunities for employees who want to excel.
We aren't naive, just happy to work for a great company and see the positive, not the negative!
Again great that you are happy and can sleep well, but your comments show your naivete. The negative you choose to ignore could land you in hot water one day.
I think it is very noble of you to defend your company. But there is a very good chance one day you will get a call and they will do something to completely screw you over or you will be fired. This will happen for no logical reason at all. Your postings on this website might be different after that. Enjoy it while you can.
Unfortunately, there will be another lawsuit against this company at some point and it won't be an "overtime lawsuit" but a "wrongful death" lawsuit. As a rep, I had to attend a meeting one year in Virginia. We stayed at a beautiful place (former horse ranch) but went out together to eat each night, planned by Lou and Bill (one of the nights was at their home). They rented mini-vans to transport everyone to/from these dinners.
I don't drink and I make it a practice to not get in a car with a driver who has been drinking. But, I had to participate in these dinners or I would not have been a "team player" and would not have had a job.
If anyone has attended any of these meetings you know that a lot more drinking goes on than eating (are they called "Lemon Drops?"). So, Lou and Bill give the keys to the vans to their "pals" who work hard to keep up with their drinking and each night we're returning back to the rooms down the dark, winding roads of Virginia with drivers who can barely walk nonetheless drive. What an absolute pleasure that was!!
I was so glad to be able to run from that company as soon as I could. I hope that all of you who remain there are safe and I hope that they no longer put you in that same position. Otherwise, your life is literally in their hands.

Hey-I think you are drunk right now with your bad use of the english language and puncuation not to mention all the things that are spelled incorrectly. You don't drive anymore during sales meetings because A-your National Account Director had a run in with a DUI someone paid to get her out of and B-your meetings are at the Sanctuary where Bill and Lou live and you stay down the road and can take a taxi or local paid for transportation.

The key word here is "anymore". Given that, an apology for putting my life and the future of my family at substantial risk would have been appropriate. And by "get a life" I suppose you mean drink heavily each and every night until I slur my words and stumble off to bed as that is the only life you can give advice on as it is the only life you know.
They've evolved ever so slightly from their old ways. As certain issues have come up, they've altered a few practices. The drinking mixed with rental cars went down the tube for possible legal reasons (after other types of accusations and possible lawsuits came up), as did the international sales meetings (I hear there are fun stories that could be told about those too, but it might ruin 1 or 2 marriages that are still hanging on by a thread). They did not stop promoting drinking and driving and start providing transportation after the heavy drinking, I mean at the meetings, because they felt it was the right thing to do-they just did it to cover their asses. But hey, I'll give them a little credit for that anyway.
