There is nothing to blame, because nothing like that ever happened to my knowledge. And I didn't write the post about the Virginia meetings. But if an accident had happened, YES they would have been to blame, as well as the driver. Maybe you weren't here then, or maybe you are one of them, but they heavily encouraged the drinking, knowing reps had to get in the rental car and drive to the locations where they were spending the night. They would have been liable from a legal standpoint for having served so much alcohol from an open bar and sending you off in the car they rented for you to drive. Just as a sidebar, are we all really adults?
 












Ex-employees of this sh*t-hole called Nephron: Don't even bother wasting your time trying to make a case as to the reasons why you were fired on this panel...haven't you all figured out by now that everybody from Human Resources to the owners get off on somebody else's misery? F*ck them, their day will come...just forget about the time spent in this hell, be grateful for the experience acquired, and put it to good use in a company that will really appreciate you!!!! It worked for me (by the way, second trip to China coming up, and I'm loving it!!!!). So bottom line, f*ck those racist bastards, chin up and looking forward, not back!!!!

Looks like the experience with this company paid off in spades for you. There are so many people still there that lie and cheat to hang on to their jobs-even go on trips to Paris with people they have talked badly about for years. Kudos to you

It did...except for the fact that NEPHRON DIDN'T MAKE ME....I MADE NEPHRON....along with numerous other employees that actually cared for the company and helped move it forward...but you're absolutely right....the liars, cheaters, drunks, junkies, and *ss kissers....those are the ones that last...as long as they're white or related to Miss HR...right MB?

True that-hmmmm who is still at Nephron from the very start of the sales force that isn't white, female, and kissing the ass of either or both Mike and Denise? How many can answer that question.........
 






True. The company was certainly not made on physician sales. Sampling? Retail sales? What a joke. No reinvention of the company there. Nephron was made early on in hospitals by hardworking, road warriors, in spite of the shenanigans of the owners that always made it 10 times harder to get the product in one of those hospitals.
 












NPC SUCKS!!!!!!!. I am still working there. Everyone talks about how they care for us employees. They don't give a DAMN. Lou is so "HIGH CLASS" that she cant even say a good morning to her employees or take a moment and ask how they are doing. Collen is another one (nothing but a ass kisser ). Open door policy my ass. Its so that she can fire ya dumb asses that goes in their or have Michelle do it and for Michelle doing it (that makes her the bad one). People needs to understand that Michelle has to do her job if not she will get thrown under the bus too right along with us. Michelle is actually a nice person who is there for you when you need something but its not her fault, also some of the managers, that the owners of the company are corrupted. Like others said LOU will pay. This is a battle of good v.s evil and at the end evil never wins. There is a GOD up there that looks at all of us and knows our hearts but judgment will come and when it does it will hit hard. Just pray for those who lost there jobs and for those who will loose them because it never ends.... Lord HAVE MERCY FOR THESE CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS.
 






Wow....that last post is so true! Only a matter of time before Karma comes back to bite Lou in the a@@!!! She is not in any way to be trusted! If she would just open her eyes, she would realize what is going on behind her back!!!!!!!

This is so-ooo pathetic. Do Nephron employees actually go on vacation w/eachother? My GOD, get a life. It just seems so damn sad - makin good money, must have plenty of time on your hands (the hard work was done long long ago), and NO FRIENDS to take a vacation with or hell go on your own and explore the world. SO DARN PATHETIC...

You are kidding me. Lou hired a redneck? I guess you hire what you know. I am surprised she hasn't hired a few more single moms. She seems to think they are hard workers. Maybe the two that worked there in my day proved her wrong. Thank god. They were a waste of a space
